Step #1

1) Slide the eyes onto the hook and add a base layer of thread.

Step #2

2) Tie 4 strands of crystal flash onto the bend end of the hook.

Step #3

3) Add a dab of cement where the eyes are to be located.

Step #4

4) Slide the eyes into place.

Step #5

5) Tie the eyes securely in place, form a nicely tapered body.  Tie your polar chenile 1/2 way along the shank of the hook.

Step #6

6) Wrap the polar chenile towards the eye of the hook and secure.

Step #7

7) Tie approx. 60 pieces of black striped blonde hair to the top half of the hook at the eyelet end of the hook.
