Step #1

1) Slide the Eyes-n-Tubes “Y” tube onto the hook. *note how low the eyes are below the hook.

Step #2

2) Put a base layer of thread onto the hook.

Step #3

3) Tie approx. 20 to 30 strands of Ram’s wool onto the bend end of the hook.

Step #4

4) Tie 4 strands of Root Beer Crystal Flash onto the hook.

Step #5

5) Tie 2 short and 2 long pieces of Crystal Clear Grizzly legs onto the hook.

Step #6

6) Add some cement and tie legs and antennae in place.

Step #7

7) Add a dab of cement onto the base layer of thread.

Step #8

8) Slide the eyes into place.  This will lift the legs to the desired position.

Step #9

9) Form a nicely tapered body with the thread.

Step #10

10) Add a slight amount of cement along the body.

Step #11

11) Wrap the body with Mirage Flashabou.

Step #12

12) Cover the body with a liberal amount of white Ram’s wool.  Whip finish, cement, and trim to desired shape.
