Step #1

1) Pierce the eyes onto the hook and add a base layer of thread.

Step #2

2) Tie the eyes securely in place.

Step #3

3) Wrap a healthy amount of dubbing around, in front, and behind the eyes.

Step #4

4) Brush the dubbing toward the bend end of the hook.

Step #5

5) Trim to a desired shape.

Step #6

6) Whip finish and cement.
